Dear all,

 

MRWA is aiming to reduce waste and support repair and reuse across the Liverpool City Region.
To enable us to achieve this, we are seeking to commission an individual or organisation in the development/expansion and review for a Large Repair commission. 

 

This commission will run until March 2027 and aims to promote reuse concepts such as product redistribution, skill sharing, repair cafes and Shed models.

The scheme should promote the extension of products lifespan within their community with aims of producing a shift in attitudes and behaviours around reuse and repair.

The deadline for applications will be 5pm Friday 21^st August 2026.

 

Please note: While MRWA does have specific interest in the extended lifecycle and subsequent reduction of electronic and textile waste, this scheme will be open to repair and reuse in all forms regardless of any priority material focus.
