Free carbon literacy courses with certificate!

Ed Gommon is intending to run a free Carbon Literacy course at DoES Liverpool. It would run over two evening sessions, probably Monday or Tuesday evenings, w/c 4 and 11 August. 

Here's a blurb he's sent: 

"Zero Carbon Liverpool has funding to deliver free carbon literacy courses with certificate!

Carbon Literacy is an awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities. The course aims to give learners the ability and motivation to reduce harmful carbon emissions, on an individual and community basis.

The course is designed to be fun and interactive. The presentations and activities are created to offer a rich mixture of learning styles and techniques to promote inclusivity and offer the most effective learning among its attendees."

Hopefully this is interesting to people in this group, something to put on CVs and talk to customers and community about. If anyone's interested get back to me, we only need around 7 people to run this.
