Shaun was the one on most days to kick off the day with just a simple "Good Morning Fam" message. He enjoyed cooking, watching Chicago team sports, discussing "the good old days'', but most of all, listening to great music. You could find him listening to old skool, new skool, and everything in between. That was truly his passion in which he had an ear for. "The Village '' were they practiced African traditions, he was known as Baba Curtis, and in his short time there his co-workers grew close with him and some built a genuine appreciation for him. Some described him as The first and last amazing impression of the BSICS Network, always playing the best jams to keep your soul lifted."
In heaven, Shaun will join his maternal grandparents; Pearl and Wayne Payne; his paternal grandparents, Dorthy and Willie Cobbins; uncles, Calvin, William, Robert, and Willie Cobbins; aunts, Dorthy, and Jackie Cobbins; and his first cousin, Rodney, who he adored greatly like a big brother.
