Which is the best institute for doing doeacc 'B' level

Hi this is ankush sharma from jammu. I have done Doeacc 'o' level from
jammu university. Now i m pursuing doeacc 'A' level 1st sam. I m now
getting little-bit worry about my studies because the institute from
which i m studing is not good. There faculties, staffs are not as much
better for 'A' level to be done. Doeacc exams are difficults and our
teachers doesnot have the capability to teach us. I m getting worry
about my 'B' level,which i have to do after 'A' level.

Will anybody help me by giving me suggestion that which institute of
doeacc is best for doing doeacc 'b' level.

I want that institute which have a best qualified teachers, the
institute which can give me the extra practical knowledge,which make
my career,and make me a knowledgeable person. i m a hard worker but i
dont have a good teacher to teach me well.

All i m saying because i felt that, my seniors are giving me
suggestion to change the institute from which i am studing right
now(doeacc jammu university).

Please help me as your regarded.
