conversion of PDF from .doc is failing when running in tomcat as service

In my Java application, i am using Document4j to convert doc/docx file to pdf. It is running when i run the tomcat from cmd. But when i deploy the application where tomcat is installed as service it is failing.

Please suggest what needs to be done

What do you mean by failing? Have you checked the documentation and created the necessary folders for running documents4j as a headless service?
