The Non Profit, Grant and Foundation Seekers / Documentarian Group
will meet Saturday July 28th at 5:15 at 2510 St. Paul Street,
ADMProject.org Last communication to you was the review of by-laws
text for UCAM- United Community Access Media. In case you do not have
it now, it is added as an attachment file to this email. Please read,
review, send comments, make suggestions at the meeting. Or you may
send to me by email. The UCAM paperwork, articles of incorporation,
have all been filed to the State of Maryland. All filing matters were
completed. What remains is the Board Members needed. At least four
are needed and up to sixteen is recommended. The initial by-laws of
UCAM have to be accepted as written first by Board Members, then if
there are revisions to be made it can be voted on for changes later.
A collaboration, cooperative, and partnership of UCAM, an open ended
Documentarian Media Group, Baltimore Update Multimedia, with Global
Community Media Network is suggested to provide momentum, professional
support, community and business interest, financial support with
grants, donations, and other contributions, supported by an non-profit
organization. Please bring your information, research, suggestions,
and constructive comments with you. If you wish to be a Board Member
