While the Thursday nights before the silver screen have ceased, there is no reason to sit at home and twiddle your thumbs.
Impressively initiated by Fiona last Thursday (thanks and yum), docu nights have become outdoor events, with food, drinks, activities and sweet stuff. As Elanna reminded me, I had offered to host this week, and will do so gladly.
The venue this time is Strathcona Community Garden. Not only does it feature amazing sprouts by a novice gardener (me), it also has a table for the quiches Im baking, and an orchard for play with the frisbee Rob is bringing.
Most of you are bikers and navigators of googlemaps, but in case public transit is your favoured mode of getting around, the 22 stops at Prior and Hawks, which is right at the entrance.
yr.no is promising sunshine, so bring a blanket, a ball, beer and buddies not included in the email list. Ill be there from 6.30, come over whenever you feel like it.
