Hi all! Am happy to have found a group of people who, not only
remembers the show (which is already very VERY hard to find!), but
also want to see it come back again to be in the pleasure it once
bought us in watching it.

like most people here, this show was on in the morning for us (this
show was bought back from the UK obviously, so it was aired much later
than 1981). the show was on for only half an hour each morning. the
show was really a must see for everyone, whether it be the before-
going-to-school-show for kids or the adults going to work! i remember
once that after the show, the hostess of the national morning show
said that "we got a letter from XX asking if there could be more
doctor snuggles and not just half an hour. well i guess we all just
love doctor snuggles, don't we?" from such, you could see how much
this show meant for us all back then.

am very happy to have seen two episodes which i clearly remember
watching on youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=sebastiancloud
and also from the official website of a new pirate series(?):
http://www.doctorsnuggles.com/Welcome/Welcome.html

though it may seem to be a greedy request, but should anyone have any
idea of where we could watch/download some more english episodes from
the show, please DO post it here, as i'm sure many others (and of
course me!) would be much grateful :-)

Hi Richard. I am the creator and would like to produce more for your entertainment but if you knew how hard it is to get those people in charge of Kids Television to commission new shows or at least buy the present one ,then you would understand the problem . Generally they like new brash fast moving and not awe inspiring content.,which does not excite and enthrall. Many of my fans would love to see the shows again but that would require the fans to bombard their local Television station with requests and they could then refer it to me and we could then arrange to make it available. Doctor Snuggles has now become a cult classic treasure and still enchants the viewer of any age.I am working on new material including a feature with my Sons so hope to surprise you all soon. Meantime for an unforgettable trip down memory lane try YouTube and very good luck and happy days to each and every one of you. Jeffrey O'Kelly

Hi there Can you imagine that some of the ladies who work as heads of Kids TV ( Where do they get their expertise to judge and select what the kids should watch. It always mystifies me how these individuals are so empowered to become Judge and Jury over kids content and dependent on their so called expertise what programs are to be transmitted. Its a complete farce and I feel sorry for some creatives who try to get their attention without resolve. I think things should change and the Mothers in each country should have a strong say in the selection of children's content by their local TV Station. Jeffrey O'Kelly  Happy Days every day
