CALL FOR POSTERS

THE FOURTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON NETWORKED SYSTEMS

NETYS 2016

May 18-20, 2016, Marrakech, Morocco

Following the good reception of the poster presentations during the last editions, NETYS 2016 will again feature poster presentations. We invite the submission of proposals for technical poster presentations. Poster submissions may describe recently completed work, highly relevant results of work in progress, or successful systems and applications, in all topics related to NETYS.

Poster presentations will enable authors to exchange ideas and to receive early feedback on their work from world-leading researchers.

The list of titles of the selected posters and their short abstracts (of 200 words max) will be included in the proceedings of NETYS 2016. Notice that the posters will not be considered as regular or short papers.

Posters will be on display during the "poster sessions". One of the authors of an accepted poster should register to the conference and be present to answer questions about their posters. Failure to present the poster at the conference will result in the withdrawal of the poster title from the Proceedings.

NETYS 2016 will present a Best Poster Award to an outstanding submission.

Interested authors are invited to submit an extended abstract (3 pages max) of their poster while indicating:

- The problem area 

- The objective of the work

- The contributions

- The conclusions and perspectives

Poster submission instructions:

- The text must be in English. 

- The title should be preceded with the text “Poster” (i.e. Poster: title....).

- The submissions must be in PDF format following the LNCS template. Authors of accepted posters will be asked to prepare their posters in portrait format with the A1 format (594 mm x 841 mm).

Important dates (Firm deadlines): 
– Deadline for abstracts/posters submission             April 15, 2016
– Acceptance notification                                           April 25, 2016
– Camera-ready due                                                  April 30, 2016
