1. Each & Everyone involved in managemant of Maternal & Child care be More Sensitive, Alert & Proactive on any clinical sign that may contribute to Maternal & < 5 death.
2. The Committee i/c must be Very ProAktif.

Oleh itu tn/pn PKD diharap dpt memberi mklmt selengkap mungkin seberapa segera mengenai kematian ibu & under 5 kpd saya & Dr Noridah by sms or email supaya kami dpt ceritakan dlm mesyuarat pagi yg ditetapkan setiap rabu.

Kindly ensure on time reporting as tardiness, will inevitably also be reported and will not augurs well with your reputations.

I am here in Geneva with Minister and Datuk Hisham and the topic of "Maternal and child mortality" came up as one of the 8 WHO priorities for 2014-2016 is Unfinished MDG goals.
A. Minister's comment was Maternal Death must be a permanent minute of the Post Cabinet meeting like dengue. The key features or varibles to be put forth was not mentioned, thus left to To' Puan decision.
B. Datuk Hisham's queries were
1. What is the monitoring system at BPKK for maternal and under 5 deaths?
2. What happened to the arahan KPK Khas that all maternal deaths report must reach DG within 1 week?
