Using Oslink Interface to update a DSI185

The Oslink connector is not on the mainboard of the receiver but is
near the front of the decoder. Check please.

Oslink 1.5C programme

Start Oslink 1.5C
Choose "DSI185" option
Click on "Flash" (in Standard bar)
Click on "Read Signature"

In the information box should appear a known manufacturer and a known
device. If not, there is a problem. Are you sure that you have right
connected your Oslink interface? Check, please and repeat all steps.

If you had not problem, follow these instructions:

On "Flash" menu select "Write Firmware"
And then also select the path to firmware file

Waiting please for 5-6 minutes.

To upload a channel list

It's recommend shut down the decoder and Oslink Interface before this
operation.

And now you have to upload the eeprom too.

On "Eeprom" menu select the "Write eeprom" option and it relative
path.
Than, you have to waiting for a message of completed operation.

And now you can shut down the devices and disconnect the interface.


Pay attention: To charge a channel list you have to use DSI
Communicator 1.02 via serial port. This operation will takes a few
hours. It is recommend to carry out an auto-sintonization.
