Docky hiding error

On docky I have two docks, left and bottom. The left one always has a glitchy animation when it hides (doesn't matter which type). It pops in and out flawlessly, but there is always some kind of lines or something like that that appear with the animation. The lines are next to the dock, to the right. I can't seem to solve the problem. What can I do?
