Update: Current Git Code Tagged as "Proof of Concept"

After a lot of work over the weekend, I have found that it was
probably a little premature to release The source for DockUI into a
repo, as it is only just better than "proof of concept".

I have decided to tag the code that exists as it stands as proof of
concept and then continue with the path I am now coding down.

The biggest change is the fact that i am now moving the messaging
subsystem into the core internals, as opposed to the messaging being
just another widget. This includes the ability for the result of any
request to be passed back to the client with another request, allowing
for long running processes to complete in the background, and pass
their results as a payload within the next available response.
