docker ps hang

we are seeing a number of docker hangs in our kubernetes cluster. We basically are observing that  "docker ps" hangs and docker inspect for a specific container hangs as well.

We also found that in this scenario, docker-containerd was not running ?

We are using 1.12.6 

Are these fixed in 1.13.1 ? and are they known issues ?

Is this the right forum for these questions or should i be asking this in a different place.

My scenario involved docker-containerd crashing, which led to docker hang(occuring pretty consistently with large number of containers). Are there know bugs in 1.12.6 which were fixed in 1.13.1 ?

Also i cant find the rpm for Centos for docker 

1.13.1-cs5

which seems to have a fix for containerd crash.
