No, it does all three: Mac, Linux, and Windows.

There are a couple of clever tricks that I have planned that, at least
for now, need Unix underneath, but they aren't part of the basic
functionality (in particular, the current way I mass-print labeled
mailings assumes the availability of certain unix utilities).
