Unable to launch application

Hi there, I am trying to add some variables into my document but I am getting a google error code whenever the plug in launches. The error simply comes up with the google logo and says error 403.
Is there a way to fix this?

Could you possibly be logged into more than one Google account on the same browser? Could you make sure to log out of everything, log back in with the primary account, and try again? It's a known issue with Google.
