Authentication Error

Dear Team,

I am using Open Journal Systems (OJS) and try to access the API using the OJS plugin. I am using the API key obtained by logging into the user account.

Here is the Error I get.


2022-05-26 03:11:37] [Warning] Deposit was not successful! The DOAJ API returned an error: '1 - {"status": "forbidden", "error": "DOI or Fulltex
t URL have been changed.  This operation is not permitted, please contact an administrator for help. (ref: 8e23bd36-dca1-11ec-8cad-47a42d893A88)"
}'.

I was not sure, if this is the right place.  But the link to the private api google group returns "content available"

Thanks for your message. 

From the error that you received, I can see that you are trying to upload content to DOAJ that already exists in our index. However, your upload is trying to change the DOI or full text URL of some content. That operation is not allowed because DOAJ uses DOI and/or full text URL to match articles.

If you are updating URLs or DOI intentionally then you should contact help...@doaj.org and let them know the details of the articles that you are trying to update and how many there are.
