DOAJ API and OAI-PMH feed temporarily unavailable again

Hello everyone,

Sorry to be sending this message again! 

We're again experiencing very high volumes of bot traffic. In order to maintain consistent access to our public site for human users, we've unfortunately been forced to temporarily block all non-human traffic to DOAJ, notably including to our API and OAI-PMH feed. 

We will continue to monitor the volume of bot traffic, and will restore access to the API and OAI-PMH feed as soon as possible. 

As I mentioned in my last message, we are also working on quickly implementing a more fine-grained and sustainable approach to our infrastructure that will maintain the stability of our public site while allowing access to our API and OAI-PMH feed, regardless of the level of bot traffic.

I will share updates with this list when I have them. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
