And once again, updates

I've been making a lot of subtle background changes, and I haven't been pushing them here, so that's why I've been quiet for so long. So many updates and fixes I've forgotten everything I've done.

Among other things:

- I've implemented a "loading" display for various ajax calls. Ideally, this will be on all of them but I haven't gotten around to it yet. This will visually notify they user something's happening.

- Rank Stars are back!

- Messages has a visual indicator

- Users can no longer see reserved or purchased information on their own items.

- Items marked as "received" now works. It doesn't delete them as in PHPGiftReg, instead it merely switches a flag. No interface for seeing those items yet.

- The message about someone adding you now includes their name.

- The navigation tools have been moved from buttons to a navbar. The bar collapses based on window size much more elegantly - Wishlist on your smartphone!

There are a bunch of other little things, Bug fixes, etc. As with each year past, my tenative goal is "Sometime before Black Friday" This year the biggest road block is the import-script from phpgiftreg. Without this, pretty much no-one is interested in using this thing :)

Beyond that, the system is more-or-less usable. Not all of it is pretty yet, and there are a handful of bugs that need to be looked at, but I'm very pleased with the system overall. It's mostly polishing at this point.
