Slow progress

Hi Everyone, 

I wanted to appraise the group (as this is the development group) of some slow progress I'm making in writing a true REST API for DoWant. The API will eventually replace the existing system which is a sort-of Pseudo REST system I wrote before I had a good handle on it. 

The new system will allow for more flexible technologies. Namely the big advantages will be an easily accessible endpoints, and a standards based authorization and authentication - instead of relying on the PHP session, oauth tokens will be sent in requests. DoWant will handle who gets to do what based on their token. 

It's all very exciting. If you know someone who has experience with Oauth and would like to contribute, it'd be awesome to have someone else developing.
