I hope people don't mind my spamming the list with information about the updates I've been doing. I know that it's a development list and that's kind of the point. I hope it doesn't bother anyone.

New Commit and the wishlist actually does the thing it was intended to do: Reserve, Release, Purchase, and Return has all been implemented.
Additionally other users' lists now display information about current item availability. Initially my idea was to provide only a limited amount of information about the item and you'd have to click on it to get further info - I don't know if I'll stick with that because the at-a-glance usability for it seems really useful.

That list of updates looks a little short, but it's a significant update. I need to sit down and make a list of things left to do. These ones were those hanging most heavily on my mind as they were really core functionality.

So, we're that much closer! I've mentioned before that a lot of the features we dreamed about won't be included in the 1.0 release. That remains true. I'm hoping to have this out early enough that whoever of you are interested could actually put it into use this year. (with some testing ahead of time).

If you want to play around, bug test, etc etc, feel free to: do-want.aaroneiche.com is up to the latest version (0.6) and support the important stuff of a userbase already in place.

All your questions, thoughts, ideas, constructive criticisms, etc. are welcome.

Minor bug (a PHP thing?): I added a new item and put a comment, "It's the best!". When you view it or edit it, the comment now says, "It\'s the best!" and if you save it again, it adds another slash (and progressively more slashes each time you edit and save). Pretty sure that's no big deal to fix but wanted to point it out in case you weren't aware.

Glad to see it's coming along! I'm happy for you, that you found Bootstrap. :)  (Okay, I'm happy for all of us, too, since we all benefit.)

Excellent! Good catch! I'll write a bug report.

In the future, I'll follow proper procedure and turn in a bug request like I'm supposed to! (I spend all day as a network admin having to remind my users "turn in a computer maintenance request! follow proper procedure!" and then I don't do it for you, ha.)

Either way is fine - If you're interested, the problem was improperly escaping characters. We escape them to clean up the database input, but don't have a matching escape remover on the otherside. An oversight on my part. I've logged it as Issue 19
