Removing Requests HTTP support in 2.4?

Dnspython has supported both Requests and Httpx for making HTTPS DNS requests, but we'd like to remove Requests library support as:

1) DoH is supposed to be at least HTTP2

2) We can now do everything we did with Requests with Httpx

3) Maintaining support for two different HTTP schemes complicates https()

If you have any reasons NOT to do this, please let us know.
