Python 2 and Python 3 PyPI pages

On the Python 3 Wall of Superpowers dnspython appears as not supporting Python 3. The explanation is at the bottom of the web page:
It looks like there are different PyPI pages for the Python 2 and Python 3 versions:
Would it make sense and is it only possible to have a single PyPI page for Python 2 and Python 3 versions of dnspython ?
If a module is red though it supports python 3 it's because they don't have the "Programming Language :: Python :: 3" tag. Consider contacting the maintainer to fix this.
