dnspython 2.2.1 is now available on PyPI. This is just a bug fix release, see the What's New page in the documentation for a summary.

My thanks to the many people who have contributed to this release, and also to my co-maintainers: Tomáš Křížek, Petr Špaček, and Brian Wellington. Dnspython 2.2.1 requires Python 3.6 or later.

The documentation has moved to readthedocs.io.

Finally, as Python 3.6 has hit end-of-life, the dnspython 2.2.x line of releases will be the last to support 3.6. When dnspython 2.3.0 is released at some future time, the minimum supported version of Python will be 3.7.
