Dnspython 2.9.0 is no available on PyPI.

This release fixes a potential excessive CPU consumption issue. Thanks to Evgenios Gkritsis, Constantinos Patsakis, and George Stergiopoulos, for discovering and reporting this issue.

The minimum supported version of Python is 3.11.
