To those who it may please:
Thank you for this brilliant piece of work. I manage 50 domains, some for myself some I took over for others, some are gifts I manage, etc. etc. They've been chaotically managed over the years depending on if I was running my own nameserver, a hidden primary, vendor X, Y, or Z, whatever - they fell into disrepair. However, with DNSControl I was able to clean them all up in less than two days and start on improvements and migrations.
Wow is all I have to say. I found disco json to be a good BIND alternative and I'm exploring Macros for my named/whitelabel DNS (e.g. a sample of providers A, B, C becomes ns01.$name.$tld) and solutions for the web redirects but these are all after being in control of my DNS for the first time since DNSSpy and my own checks via NAGIOS when my DNS was on a PostgreSQL server.
In any case. Pardon the fawning, thank you for this brilliant piece of work.
Cheers,
MJ.
