To assist with the investigation, please perform a Call Simulation under Tools -> Call Simulation. Additionally, please retrieve the Egress trace for the call by right-clicking on the corresponding CDR.
Could you please provide screenshots of both the simulation results and the Egress trace for our review?

I'm new to DNL. I installed the Community version 6 before upgrading to the commercial version to familiarize myself with the system. I followed the available documentation, but I've reached the point where calls aren't going through.

So, let me explain what's happening on my end. When I run the simulation, the result is correct; it adds the tech prefix requested by the operator. Upon review, I noted a discrepancy between the hostname and the source IP being used at the ingress level. The hostname main.pbx1.supertech.it.com resolves to 91.98.195.80, whereas the CDRs indicate traffic is originating from 172.110.233.41.
I have updated the ingress configuration to include both IP addresses to ensure consistent call processing. Please attempt a few test calls and let us know if the issue persists
