Additional ip not showing connected in switch capacity

hello,

i added additional ip by creating sub interface in rocky linux 8, and configuref it in SIP profile. as mentioned in cookbook. IP is able to ping internally and externally but in voip capacity it is not showing connected, any idea how to fix it.

No, not an issue at all, because it might be due to some UI or in your installation, the connection is showing blank, but the IP added in the backend, so the traffic will pass and be billed correctly
