Bug Report – DeNovoLabs Class4 Web UI (URGENT)

## Environment
- Product: DeNovoLabs Class4 (fresh install)
- Deployment: Single-node

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Install DeNovoLabs Class4 as per documentation.
2. Log in to the web interface as `admin`.
3. Attempt to use the **top navigation bar** (Configuration, Finance, Log, Termination, Monitoring, DID, Routing, Statistics, Template, Agent, Tools).

## Actual Result
- The **top navigation bar is not responsive**.
- Hover and click actions do not trigger dropdowns.
- **All other buttons and functions work normally** (sidebar menu, dashboard widgets, action buttons, etc.).

## Expected Result
- Top navigation bar should respond to clicks/hover.
- Dropdowns should expand and allow navigation.
