Hello,

Despite increasing the PDD timeout to 60,000 on the outgoing line, call switching to another trunk is not working.

We added rules to the incoming and outgoing lines, without success.

The idea is simple: if a call fails due to a provider, the call should be routed to the next provider.

And when I try to view the PCAP for this call, I get an error, even though the PCAP works for other calls.

How does this option work?
