Hello,
Despite increasing the PDD timeout to 60,000 on the outgoing line, call transfer to another trunk never occurs when there's an error on the first trunk, no matter what we do.
We've added rules to both the incoming and outgoing lines, without success.
Does anyone have any idea how this option works?
