Could you please explain to me what 011 in your DNIS is?
I see that 9909 is your tech prefix and 44 is your code. Could you clarify why you are using 011 and then want to remove it using the switch tools?
The DNIS should be the tech prefix + routing code, so in your case it will be "9909442079493086" (9909 + 44 +2079493086).
Why is DNIS still using 011? If we use this code, then the system must check the rate for the code 011, and it shows "
Ingress Rate Not Found ".
And If you still want to use 011 in Inbound DNIS and then also want to remove it, the please set the below rule in your ingress side, it will helps you to remove 011 from the Inbound DNIS and pass normal call.
