how Fail-over Rules work ??

Hello, 

Failover works on the switch, once the call is rejected by the first vendor switch sent and try to another vendor available from the routing.

and In trunk -> Failover -> We can change the return code at the time iof failover.

So I think it's not working because when a vendor rejects the call, it doesn't pass to the next vendor. The codes are correctly configured in the failover settings, and the timeout is set to the maximum as indicated in the cookbook (60,000), but the call is simply rejected and doesn't go through.
