Hello,
here is my problem I have 1 outgoing trunk and I have 3 clients I put a prefix for each client because these 3 clients have the same IP address,
on the simulation everything goes well but when we make real calls we get this error Ingress Prefix Does Not Match
also on the CDR it appears that calls from only one customer the second customer these calls do not appear,
on the CDR when you want to check the Full PCAP I have this message (cdr has no full pcap)Screenshot 2026-02-24 at 16.13.13.pngScreenshot 2026-02-24 at 16.12.37.pngScreenshot 2026-02-24 at 16.11.11.pngScreenshot 2026-02-24 at 16.15.49.png

Hello,

Following up on our chat, please ensure you are using the technical prefix 115. Our current CDR analysis shows the ingress DNIS beginning with 331, with the required prefix missing. Consequently, the call failed due to an ingress prefix mismatch.

Regarding the PCAP: since the call did not reach an egress point, a full trace is unavailable. In these instances, we can only provide the ingress PCAP for review

Thanks and Regards
