Hello i think is a problem with rate generation is allway say ( Please add correct code deck ),

My goal is to configure the price margin as a percentage

This behavior is expected. Please verify the configuration for the 'A/Z' code deck under Configuration > Code Deck.

The error message indicates that the selected code deck must contain valid codes; however, it appears that no codes are currently assigned to this deck. Once the appropriate codes are uploaded or defined within the 'A/Z' deck, the validation error should be resolved
