Hello,

This is a message about several issues experienced when following the cookbook and going through several new installs and it seems that there are numerous issues. The very first issue is the VoIP Gateway is missing in it's entirety (see the attached), in addition to that, there are issues with the DID repository as well, when trying to add a DID, instead of getting a field to type a DID in, it shows vendor only, no option to input a DID. Now, I have followed the cookbook on more than 15 occasions, and there is an issue every single time, mostly with the webui and a few other things mentioned above. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
