Hello team,
Issue was related to SSL certificate/private key mismatch while downloading/installing certificate on DNL portal for a switch. Denovolab support confirmed that the issue is fixed on their side and told me to proceed with upgrade or perform refresh/fresh installation.
Currently my DNL portal is working again. Please guide me how I can verify that the updated certificate is actually installed and which specific steps I should follow to proceed with the upgrade (I’m new to the portal, no prior knowledge).
Also please confirm if I should use “upgrade existing installation” steps or “fresh installation/refresh” based on my case.
Thanks.
Hello,
You can update your portal via RPM by following our official documentation here:
https://cookbook.denovolab.com/upgrade-an-existing-installation/update-an-existing-installation/update-with-rpmAlternatively, if a clean environment is preferred, you may perform a full reinstallation of the switch.
Regarding your token configuration, please ensure that your Private Key and CERT URL are properly set up on the switch. Once these are configured, you will need to set up the Ingress and Egress trunks. After completing these steps, the token details will be available for review within the CDR headers.
