Request to pause new digging till prior is leveled for usage

Hi Navin, 
Good Morning..

I would like to bring an upcoming issue to your notice. It’s been observed by many residents that the driveway between DNA Office and Opulence is also about to get dig. The Oaks Ville surrounding is already dug up and this is the only patch left for many of the Oaks Ville residents and all of the Ariston residents to take their cars out from. 

 

We kindly and firmly request you to commence this digging (infront of Opulence) only once the digging is completed and the surface is leveled at Oaks Ville area. We all understand that this is being done for the good of campus but as families are already residing here so such activities should be done in phases else it will result in irritation, disappointment and frustration among residing residents.

 

I again request you on behalf of all the residents to commence such works in phases and start the new digging only once the Oaks Ville surrounding is completed and leveled for usage.
