Process was very easy and very very clear if we will go through mentioned steps.

By which I added beneficiary & did payment in a 3 minutes.

Login to your Bank account using Net Banking and add your virtual account no. as Beneficiary and then do the online payment .

Don't use special characters such as comma etc.in your beneficiary name if it gives error while adding the virtual account no. as Beneficiary.

Additional service charge of Rs 11.50 is be paid for each transaction. Ignore if you have already paid Rs 11.45 as remaining Rs .05 would be adjusted in the next month transaction.

For example, if Flat maintenance per month is Rs. 3200 then please transfer 3200 + 11.50(revised service charge) = Rs. 3211.50. The 11.50 amount will be taken up by YES bank and rest amount will get credited to DNA Eden View Apartment Association bank account within 36 hrs.

You will receive automatically generated email with the payment receipt in 2-3 business days after successful payment.

Dear Residents,  We are pleased to inform that ApnaComplex Collection Gateway is now enabled for our DNA Eden View Society. A document is attached with this mail stating all steps and FAQ regarding it. There are few points We would like to additionally highlight here,  From June-2016 onwards, all maintenance payments will happen via ApnaComplex Collection Gateway ONLY. There is no other mode of payment, and no payment via any other mode will be considered valid. Any resident having any issue or concern with online mode of transfer can discuss with the Association to resolve their issues. There is a charge of Rs. 11.45 (10+1.45) per transaction from YES Bank. Everyone have to add this additional amount with their maintenance cost and make the payment. For example, if the maintenance per month is Rs. 3200 then please transfer 3200 + 11.45 = Rs. 3211.45. The 11.45 amount will be taken up by YES bank and rest amount will get credited to Society account within 36 hrs. The payment amount will automatically reflect  in the ApnaComplex account of individual flats within 36 hrs and the resident will receive sms/email confirmation also. Payment receipt will automatically get generated and will be attached with payment confirmation email. We can minimize the transaction charges per month by doing bulk payment of multiple months or quarters, etc as the transaction charge will remain Rs. 11.45 only if anyone pays at one time for a complete Quarter or Year in advance. No one will be required to update ApnaComplex account manually with their payment details as it will be taken care automatically thus fulfilling many residents demand of making it automatic. This will drastically reduce our Treasurers’ work as all accounting will happen automatically. This will help them find the defaulters, their pending amounts, sending them mails and appending penalties over late payment. This will also help them reduce monthly manual work which is taking days together for them each and every month thus hampering their personal time without any benefit. Our Society is quite a big one considering all 187 flats + 40 news Iris flats being added to our Society from July 2016 onward. We are implementing this system for complete 227 flats in the DNA Eden View Campus. The virtual account nos. mentioned in the attached document are different for each and every flat. Please read the attached document carefully and add the account no. assigned to your flat precisely. The account type is ‘CURRENT’. Only ‘NEFT’ transaction type is allowed. We are currently making all the pending amount to Zero for all the non-defaulter accounts. So that the account should reflect no pending amount by the end of May 2016, the account will still show the pending values if someone is a defaulter by not paying on time. Hence, We request everyone to start making June payment by 01st June, 2016 only so that We can finish our backend work before it. The last date of maintenance payment is 08th of every month after which penalty will be added to the account. Kindly read the FAQ section also at the last page of the document.
