We are pleased to inform that the DNA Ariston, Opulence and Oaks Ville are finally united together under one umbrella “DNA Eden View Owners Association”. The complete DNA Campus are integrated together and the upcoming buildings will also become a part of the
association.
We Welcome all the DNA Campus residents in the new Association..!!
We would kindly like to inform few important points about the maintenance structure being followed from now onwards in the Campus,
· The committee members are selected for current year, an election can be organized from next year onwards if its required.
· The annual maintenance and support of all Equipments across campus will be managed together.
· A Campus Facility Supervisor (Mr. Mohan) is appointed who would be dealing with all day to day activities and issues in Campus. He will be the first point of contact for any issue/query/concern and if unattended/unresolved can be escalated to the committee. He sits at DNA Ariston ‘D’ Block Security Desk (9 am - 6 pm).
· A Plumber-Electrician is appointed to take care of all flat and common area issues. Anyone having any plumbing/electrical issue can write down their issue in the Complaint register kept at security desks in each building.
· There will be no labor charge for the plumbing/electrical work and the flat resident only have to pay if there is any material/part/accessory requirement or replacement.
· The Plumber-Electrician will be available in the campus between 10 am to 6 pm every day except Thursday. He will be taking weekly one day off on every Thursday.
· Intercom is already active at almost all the flats in Ariston and Opulence, the technicians will keep working on the Oaks Ville lines and it will also be operational soon.
· Intercom related issues should be mentioned in a separate register placed only at DNA Ariston security desk.
· Any visitor, courier or delivery person will be queried via Intercom and then only will be allowed inside the apartments. This system is expected to be operational from 26th Jan, 2016.
· The monthly Electricity Bills will be dropped in the letter boxes of respective flats, We request residents to pick it from there letter boxes on time.
· The maintenance charges have to be paid within 05th of every month or else a mandatory late fees will be applicable per month on the due amount. The mode of payment and other details will again be communicated soon.
· We have introduced a new application for Apartment Management called “ApnaComplex”.
o It’s a web and mobile based application.
o This will be used to record all the day to day data of our Society.
o All the residents are requested to register and login to the web/mobile application.
o It would be good if everyone can install this app also in their smartphones (app available for android phones and iPhones).
o If you have not received the user credential till now for ApnaComplex then please send an email to meghshy...@gmail.com with you Name, Apartment, Flat No., Mobile and Email ID.
o Residents can raise their complaints directly from the web/mobile app and can track its status from anywhere.
o Soon, it will be used to create announcements, notifications, meeting invites and as campus directory.
o This application will also be used for maintenance cost payments, a separate communication will soon be sent with all the details.

We also request all the residents to join their respective Building WhatsApp groups to get timely, instant updates and can also share your ideas and concerns with everyone.

· The official mode of communication for all notifications, updates and maintenance details will be Email, Notice Boards and ApnaComplex only.
· Any concern/issue/query cane be directly discussed with the Association Committee members every Wednesday between 09:30 pm to 10:30 pm near Kids Play Area.
· We have managed to organize a temporary Association Office near Kids Play Area (Oaks Ville) starting from 26th Jan, 2016.
· We request all the residents to keep the society/campus clean as We keep our Homes.
o Request to throw garbage only at the designated containers and not to litter anywhere else.
o Request to smoke at a little distance from the buildings and balcony areas, please make sure that the left out is decently thrown in the Garbage Container and not left anywhere else.
o Please do not feed or keep food items for dogs and birds in the Campus, it will be strictly observed by the security guards and fine will be levied.
o Please start segregating dry, wet and medical wastes from now onwards. BBMP has initiated ad-hoc inspections and huge fines are being charged on societies if it’s not followed strictly.
Last but not the least, the up-keeping of society is a vast responsibility to be taken care by each and every residents and the tenants.
Let’s try together to keep our Society clean, calm, prepared and secured for all of us. We expect & require everyone’s kind cooperation and support to achieve it.
