Pl find attached maintenance amount to be paid for the month of Jan'16. Kindly pay as per column J on or before 5th Jan 2016.

Mode of Payment - Cheque

Kindly draw the Cheque in favor of - DNA EDEN VIEW APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION

I am not in Bangalore until mid Jan, Hence request someone to take charge as floor coordinator for our floor .
