why the first sequence highlight?

The file named "danying.jpg" in the files area shows a screen shot of
a sequecne. The first row is pink in Heatmap view. Why? Also look at
the circled amino acid in the first row. It is dark pink inidicating
misallignment, but it seems to be aligned well. Is this an error?
