to dna-align
It seems that DNA-Align is showing both nucleotides when the raw data
has an ambiguous site (so original data has an R but DNA-Align shows
both A and G). This obviously causes the alignment to be off by
inserting an extra base. It would be much more useful if DNA-Align
retained the ambiguous site (although I'm sure this will complicate
how all the scores are calculated).
Thanks!
