I have a program which has 3 sliders to control R G B.
The program is written in processing and works fine, mouseX and Y work
fine etc but i find when i drag the slider down to 0 to turn off the R
G or B it doesnt go down the full way and requires a more accurate
click to make it go to absolute zero.
I was toying with the idea of creating a "dead zone" below each slider
which when clicked would return the slider to 0 instantly, but i was
wondering if it is possible to perhaps make the mouse more smooth /
accurate?

Hi, Can't you just amplify the surface area (make the sketch bigger)? That way you get more accuracy as a certain value is spread across a larger target range.
