When you do you might want to say if you got the program registered and it recognized the Unlock Code you were given from the website?

So just received my DMXIS software and interface, and don't think the interface is working properly. I've gotten it installed, the software recognizes the interface connected (everything seems to install properly, as said in user guides). I'm not using an fixture profiles, just using the sliders that premapped to certain DMX channels. I've connected the interaface to both a color kinetics sPDS-60ca with color coves connected to it, and it seems not to be receiving any data (the data button led is not lighting up, and the lights don't work). I've next used an omnisystem color bar, address it, and try to use DMXIS and nothing happens either. I really don't think they are my lights (which work with other DMX controllers), any info would be awesome!
