Friday's Meeting Reminder

This Friday, December 14th will be our only regular meeting this month (the other one will be held during Winter SACC on Saturday). We are at the Valley Junction Activity Center.

6:30 - Officers Meeting

7:00 - Meeting with Program.

8:00 - Dinner

This Friday we have things to discuss and start the vote on. We are starting the vote to change one by-Law line on where our money is donated too. For more information and questions, contact me at pres...@dmsfs.org. DMSFS have been talking about this particular area for six months and it is time to step forward with the vote. This will be the first vote and then next meeting at Winter SACC will be the second.

Also due to our plans moving forward there is a couple of votes needed concerning money for the new entity and rental space for our meetings at the Valley Junction Activity Center. This will be the first vote and then next meeting at Winter SACC will be the second.

The last half hour will be our annual holiday singing/filking led by Robert Uy. It is always lots of fun. Get ready to sing. If you have any requests, contact Robert Uy.
