Meetin in December

Hi everyone,

the meeting in December is planned for 21st. I think it may be reasonable to cancel as I expect many people are on holidays at that time. What do you think please? Do we want to cancel?

Hi,

I suppose we can cancel it as there are no major PRs except the one for the allowed values that we need Greg to discuss (PR 422). 

There are a few simple PRs that we can deal with online:
