Please find attached a Life group feedback form.

 

As your leaders we would like your cadind feedback about our leadership and lifegroup in general. Specificall we would like you to help identify areas that we can move our lifegroup from good to great!

 

We hope to have your feedback by Friday this week. We will in turn process it and discuss the way foward during our next meeting.
