When someone replies to a discussion, they can either reply just to the original author or to the whole group.
It means several people might work on the same problem without knowing someone else has already solved it, which wastes time.
Could you please consider changing the settings so replies go to all group members by default, and disabling “Reply to Author” and private replies to authors?

This would keep answers visible to everyone and help prevent duplicate work, making the group’s discussions more useful and easier to search.
