Older iPad lightening cable USB A adapter

My ipad is an older version and uses lightening cable for power supply. My BLE battery died one day and I didn't have a way to plug into the ipad directly to keep playing. I ordered a USB A to lightening cable adapter very inexpensive and it worked great so I have a backup plan if my BLE goes out on me in an emergency.
